How does the customization process work?
We begin with your room, measurements, inspiration and functional needs. After agreeing on the direction, materials and quote, our makers begin production and keep you updated through delivery.
What can I customize?
Depending on the design, you can request different dimensions, wood species, finishes, hardware and selected layout details. We’ll confirm what is structurally and visually suitable before production.
How long will my custom piece take?
Lead time varies by complexity, materials and destination. Your consultant will provide an estimated production and delivery window before you approve the order.
Can I review materials or finishes first?
Yes. When available, we can share close-up references or material samples so you can understand the tone, grain and finish before confirming your selection.
Do you provide delivery and installation?
Delivery options depend on the piece and your location. Where installation is available, we’ll coordinate access, placement and any final assembly as part of your quote.
Can a custom order be changed or returned?
Custom orders are made specifically for you, so changes become limited once production begins and returns are generally not available except for verified damage or defects. We’ll confirm the final design with you before work starts.
